Leading hydrogen expert, Igor Salguero, joins Coastlink 2025 lineup!
Joining the Infrastructure Development at Ports to Support Short Sea Shipping is Igor Salguero, Bilbao Terminal Manager – H2 Expert, Tepsa.
His session will focus on understanding future trends and how existing infrastructures should be adapted to support the energy transition with his presentation on ‘Adapting Terminalling Business to Energy Transition’.
Igor Salguedo is an Industrial Technical Engineer from the University of Deusto with an MBA and PDD from UNED and IESE Business School.
His professional career has been closely tied to the Oil & Gas sector, with 10 years of experience in various roles at Exolum, ranging from pipeline operations to the management of storage facilities. For the past 6 years, he has worked at Tepsa as the Terminal Manager for the company’s operations in the Port of Bilbao. After completing a Master’s degree in Hydrogen Technologies 3 years ago, he now supports the CSR/Projects/Assets Management department as a Hydrogen Expert.
Joining Salguero in this session is Derek McGlashan, VP Energy, Maritime and Sustainability, ELIRE; Kyra Lemmens, Commercial manager – Logistics, Port of Moerdijk and Andima Ormaetxe Bengoa, Director of Operations, Commercial and Logistics, Bilbao Port.
