Stefan Krattiger of IKEA Supply AG will join the Coastlink Conference line-up in Bilbao.
IKEA Supply AG manages the distribution of IKEAs furniture, a range that includes bedroom, cookware, decoration, dining, electronics, indoor gardening, kitchen appliance and more. Their global supply chain network consists of thousands of suppliers, manufacturers and logistics providers.
The supply chain operations organization within IKEA counts 850 co-workers across the world and connects our customers with IKEA products and delivers excellent transport and logistics solutions.
Stefan Krattiger, Business Development Leader Global Ports, started his career 20 years ago in the freight forwarding industry, where he steadily grew his expertise by leading large industrial infrastructure projects in sub-Saharan Africa and other parts of the World. Besides the project activities he was also in charge for the company’s business development on the African continent, before joining IKEA in January 2022.
A role implemented in the supply chain organization of the Swedish home furnishing company to reach a closer collaboration with the Port stakeholders and to optimize the value chain, to become more efficient and transparent in the Port related business.
Krattiger will be joining the ‘What Shippers Want’ panel, looking into greening the value chain and developing sustainable multimodal logistics networks.
