Speaker submissions are now invited for next year’s Coastlink, the Short Sea Shipping and Sustainable Logistics Network which will take place from 29 – 30 April in the Port of Bilbao, the leading port for the Atlantic route.
Coastlink 2025 will build on the success of the 2024 event in the Port of Amsterdam, discussing and debating the latest developments affecting the short sea shipping, ports, and logistics sectors.
During the two-day conference leaders in the industry will take part in panel and session discussions covering the following topics:
- The renaissance of short sea shipping – supporting sector growth and the impact on ports.
- Expansion of green and digital corridors – showcasing the latest developments driving change.
- What do shippers want? – Greening the value chain and developing sustainable multimodal logistics networks
- Infrastructure development at Ports to support Short Sea shipping and the Energy transition – how are ports and terminals expanding?
- ETS Carbon Levy – the impact on EU ports and short sea shipping lines. What trends are emerging?
- OPS expansion – how do we increase the pace to meet demand?
Companies, organisations, and individuals are invited to submit abstracts relating to our session topics. Abstracts should be approximately 250 – 300 words and submissions should include a biography and headshot photo of the speaker.
