TUTICORIN TO UPGRADE INFRASTRUCTURE

Tuticorin Port Trust has allocated US$22m towards improving infrastructure facilities at the port in 2005-06. This will fund construction of a new berth with alongside draught of 10.7 metres, and also road works costing US$3.8 9m.
