'Take another look at NVQs' - Dover executive
Dover''s training and development manager has recommended that UK ports revisit National Vocational Qualifications as a means of adding value to business. "Line managers in our industry are still thinking about NVQs in 1990s terms," said Dover''s Mike Burney- Cumming.
