Qingdao pulls in foreign investment

Foreign investors, including APM Terminals, are expected to invest $4.6bn in the expansion of the Chinese port of Qingdao. The various projects that are due to be implemented by 2015 will boost container volume to 20m teu and double bulk cargo capacity to 600m tonnes.
