Eddy Bruyninckx, CEO, Port of Antwerp and Marc Van Peel, Vice-Mayor of the City of Antwerp and President Antwerp Port Authority, look forward to welcoming this year''s delegates to Antwerp.
In an open letter to future participants of the 2013 GreenPort Congress, the CEO of the Port of Antwerp and the Vice-Mayor of the City of Antwerp state that, eight years on from hosting the first GreenPort Congress in 2005, the Port of Antwerp is pleased to again be the hosts of this important annual event.
This is the first time the Congress has returned to a host Port and, as such, reflects Antwerp Port Authority's belief that economic growth can only be achieved in a sustainable context.
The Port of Antwerp will host the Welcome Reception on the evening of the 8 October 2013, the Gala Dinner on the 9 October 2013 and the Port Tour on the 11 October 2013.
