Port of Tilbury unveils expansion plans

The Port of Tilbury, the UK’s fastest-growing port, has welcomed Maritime Minister Mike Kane MP for a tour of its facilities as the port moves forward with ambitious plans 

The port is making strides with a 40.5 ha site to the east of its existing operations at Tilbury 2, earmarked for a major expansion to meet growing market demands.

A key part of the expansion is located within the Thames Freeport tax site land area, allowing the port to take advantage of economic benefits and investment opportunities.
