Kwinana port plans take shape

The WA State Government has unveiled plans for a new A$7 billion container port in Kwinana, addressing projected container traffic growth. With A$273 million committed for initial planning, operations could commence by the late 2030s, providing a necessary alternative to the saturated Fremantle terminals as demand surges.
