HGT acquires 60% of CNMP LH
Hanseatic Global Terminals (HGT) has acquired 60% of CNMP LH shares from Seafrigo Group, enhancing its terminal portfolio
CNMP LH operates the Atlantique container terminal in Le Havre, France, one of Europe’s top 10 ports.
Seafrigo Group will retain the remaining 40% of shares. Le Havre is a key hub for France’s sea transport, with an annual throughput of 3 million teu and strong connections to Paris.
