Associated British Ports has submitted a planning application for the development of 39 hectares of land at its Stallingborough Interchange site, located near the Ports of Immingham and Grimsby on England’s north-east coast

This new development aims to provide high-quality open storage space for the automotive sector, catering to both new and existing customers.

The proposed plans include up to 12,000 square metres of building space, external storage for goods (Class B8) and key infrastructure.
