The Port of Oakland in California is seeking developers for its 50 acre (20 ha) Howard Property, located along the Oakland waterfront

The site, a former marine terminal no longer in use for cargo vessel operations since 2013, offers significant development potential.

The port is open to a variety of proposals, including maritime, light industrial, commercial, recreational, and water-oriented uses.
