Peru’s megaport to set new standards
Peru is set to transform its port infrastructure and boost the economy with the development of a new megaport at Chancay
With a massive investment of US$1.3 billion, the project aims to create a key hub for trade between South America and Asia, setting new standards for port operations in the region.
The new port will include technologies such as 5G, equipment automation, facial recognition to ensure safety, and renewable energies.
