The Port Authority of Ceuta is modernising the marine fuel supply industry by becoming the first Mediterranean port to mandate the use of internationally certified and calibrated mass flow meters for marine fuel supply by barge

With effect from February 2025, this new requirement aims to enhance transparency and efficiency in bunkering operations.
