Ultra-fast charging launches at London Gateway
Finnish DC fast-charging manufacturer Kempower is partnering with DP World to introduce Europe’s first ultra-high-power 500A continuous charging system at London Gateway
The solution will be used to power eight new Kalmar electric straddle carriers, enabling rapid 0-100% charging in just 45 minutes and significantly boosting operational efficiency.
The system features eight liquid-cooled charging satellites, a 550 kW power unit and the Kempower ChargEye charging management system.
