Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) has successfully carried out its first methanol bunkering operation, marking a major milestone in its alternative fuels provision.

The operation involving the Antonia Maersk, the third in Maersk’s fleet of 18 large methanol-powered newbuilds, highlights PTP’s growing capability to support methanol as a sustainable shipping fuel.
