Stavanger targets green ammonia bunkering

A consortium is aiming to position the Port of Stavanger in Norway as a bunkering port for locally produced green ammonia

The agreement between the port, Iverson eFuels, ASCO Norge and St1 aims to use the expertise and resources of all partners to establish a value chain for the production, storage, distribution and use of green ammonia in the maritime industry.

The port says it will act as a facilitator for the collaboration and also connect the partners with similar initiatives.
