Project funding for port electrification project

MSE International has won funding from the UK’s Transport Research and Innovation Grant (TRIG) to lead the Port Recharging Infrastructure for Maritime Energy Transition (PRIMET) project, aimed at advancing port electrification.

The project will accelerate the roll-out of port infrastructure necessary to support the growth of shore power and recharging facilities for vessels, helping to meet the UK government’s Clean Maritime Plan.
