Port of Oakland in solar power deal

The Port of Oakland’s board of commissioners has approved a US$19.3 million deal to buy solar power for the next 20 years

The publicly owned port will resell the energy to tenants including those at the San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport and the Oakland Seaport.
