Port of Koper expands with electric RTGs

Slovenia’s Port of Koper will add four Konecranes electric Rubber-Tired Gantry (RTG) cranes to its fleet advancing port equipment modernisation and port electrification efforts.

The electric RTGs, scheduled for delivery by Q1 2025, will replace older models in Luka Koper’s container yard, aligning with the port’s long-term strategy for sustainable operations.
