Nagoya Port deploys hydrogen fuel cell forklifts

The Nagoya Port Authority has deployed hydrogen fuel cell forklifts in a groundbreaking trial designed to integrate sustainable port equipment into its operations.

The initiative, led by Suzuki Shokan, involved deploying four fuel cell forklifts at Tobishima Container Berth and logistics companies, including Asahi Unyu Kaisha, Shinko Kaiun, Kamigumi and Toyo Butsuryu.
