Coastlink is a neutral pan-European network dedicated to the promotion of short sea and feeder shipping, and the intermodal transport networks through the ports that support the sector. Konecranes expands with electric hoist and RTG order
Konecranes is now producing electric components for cranes with the launch of a new D-series electric chain hoist
Initially available in the EMEA region, with global availability expected by 2026, the D-series offers lifting capacities from 80 kg to 5,000 kg across seven frame sizes.
The company is also enhancing its presence in Europe with a new order for two hybrid rubber-tyred gantry (RTG) cranes from Terminales Marítimas de Vigo.
