APSEZ expands green H2 exports

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, India’s largest integrated transport utility, has announced a major strategic acquisition aimed at boosting future green hydrogen exports

The company will take over Abbot Point Port Holdings (APPH) from Carmichael Rail and Port Singapore Holdings through a non-cash deal, issuing 14.38 crore equity shares in exchange for 100% ownership.

APPH owns and operates the North Queensland Export Terminal (NQXT), a deep-water, multi-user facility with a capacity of 50 million tonnes per annum.
