Competition body probes stevedore deal
In Spain, the competition authority Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) - the country''s National Authority for Markets and Competition - has started possible legal proceedings against the agreement struck between stevedoring unions and the Ministry of Employment, following its official appearance in state publications.
